Whether its a fun run, 5k, 10k, Britain's Ocean City Half Marathon or a full marathon, whatever the distance, you can raise vital funds for St Luke's Hospice Plymouth.

Story

Myself and my sister Natalie have signed up to complete this year's Plymouth Half Marathon on June 19th....(okay, I know you can stop laughing now).

We are doing this in memory of our darling Dad Dave, and to raise vital funds for St Luke's Hospice. They helped us care for Dad at home during his final weeks, showing nothing but kindness, dignity and compassion. And even though he was a proud man, he came to like their daily visits, if not for the wet shaves and Indian head massages.

As an added incentive, if we raise over £500, we will both get our haircut and donate the hair to Little Princess Trust, who make wigs for young children. Although our Dad didn't lose his hair, we saw firsthand how devastating chemotherapy can be so if we can make a little person happy too, then it's an added bonus!

We ask you to please donate, and help us raise some money for this worthy charity. Registration fees for the race have been paid, and with the support of Barclays your donations will be doubled as they will match what is raised £ for £.

Thank you in advance,

Love Michelle and Natalie xx
