The pandemic gave us all a little too much time to think and a desire to get back outside. Troy, James and Luke started talking about the Mongol rally years ago and the hiatus from seeing friends or doing anything remotely adventurous spurred us in to action, we nabbed a space and booked on.

Putin then had other ideas and we can no longer make it to Mongolia. Instead we'll be heading as far as Turkey while collecting as many Poles of Inconvenience as possible (points marked on a map across Europe and further afield, generally at the top of a mountain or across some sort of impassable object.... somewhere inconvenient.)

We're raising £500 for cool earth who help to protect rainforests and fight the climate crisis. With everything else that has been happening in the world recently we are also aiming to raise £1000 for Operation Orphan who work to keep orphans and vulnerable children around the world safe, warm, healthy, and learning.
