Every year in the UK, more than 2,000 people are diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND) a terminal, progressive, neurological disease which leaves many people unable to speak, eat and breathe. It’s a devastating disease and for many people there are no effective treatments – there is no cure.

People living with MND, their families and carers need our support.

In June 2026 we have challenged ourselves to undertake the Ambleside 10k Challenge to help raise money for people living with MND.

We would be grateful if you could help us raise our target of £150.
