#teammike

The annual Carten bike ride from Cardiff to Tenby takes place on Saturday 2 May 2020.

I've always fancied doing the Carten so I thought if I'm doing it, so can Shane Williams. So I issued a challenge from #teammike to #teamshane and he was well up for it!

I've gathered a few friends to be part of #teammike and together we will be raising as much money as possible to support cancer patients and their families in Wales.
