We wanted to dedicate this challenge to Bipolar UK. The charity means a lot to us. Each of us are working or have worked within mental healthcare, either in the clinical or academic setting, so we understand the huge toll mental health conditions can have on people.

This became all the more relevant when we sadly lost a lovely friend to bipolar disorder.

We want to support the work Bipolar UK are doing, in creating a greater awareness of Bipolar disorder and helping those affected get the help they need.
