Story

Our network focuses on raising awareness and promote positive conversations surrounding mental health and illness to break the stigma surrounding the subject. We do this by offering our members and colleagues a safe space to be open about mental health & share their experiences, in the form of events, newsletters, lunch and learns, FIKAs, department talks, and more. Our objective is to build a community that supports, raises awareness and helps shape the future of mental health in our organisation, and for everyone to feel comfortable speaking openly about mental health.

We're looking forward to raising money with our colleagues and friends for the month of October, in honour of World Mental Health Day, for Phoenix Group's UK charity partner, Samaritans by completing the 'Your 24' challenge. If you get involved and raise money, please send us a picture so we can feature you in our comm's out to our members!

Samaritans is available round the clock, every single day of the year providing a safe place for anyone struggling to cope, whoever they are, however they feel, whatever life has done to them. For more information please visit www.samaritans.org
