Hi Everyone,

We - Grace, Colin, Asanka, Josh (our beloved driver!) and In-Ae - have decided to take on the 3 peak challenge in 24 hours. This is the 3 tallest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales namely, Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon.

This hike is likely to be not only physically challenging but more importantly mentally challenging. As such, we are hoping to raise money for the charity, Mind. They are a charity that ‘provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem’. Furthermore, they ‘campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding’.

It has been a tough year for everyone, and it’s time to de-stigmatise the discussion around mental health.
