4 serving members of 47AD Squadron, all originally from Wales, are raising money for the MNDA. Every mile matters. Every day, six people are told they have motor neurone disease (MND). Within months, they may lose their ability to walk, talk, or even breathe.

To challenge ourselves for this great cause, we will run the Cardiff Half in boots carrying 10kg. There’s no cure for MND. Not yet. That's why we're taking on this challenge and we'd love your support.
