So far we've raised... £2100.. from last years run and other activities..

On September 15th 2022, my family and I lost my loving Father to Motor Neurone Disease (MND) after his brave battle for 16 months.

Throughout his illness, I have always aimed to raise Money for MND alongside MS (Multiple Sclerosis) with both family members and friends having an impact from both diseases.

On April 7th 2024, I will run through the streets of London hopefully completing a half marathon for both charities.

Both the MND Association and MS Society are charities focused on improving access to care, research and campaigning for people affected by the two diseases.
