During October we are taking on our own Mind Over Matter Challenges to support Brainstrust in the run up to their Wear Grey to Change Lives campaign.

We're also taking part in Wear Grey 2025 - 25th October to 1st November to raise vital funds for Brainstrust, the brain tumour charity. Every day, 30 people in the UK are diagnosed with a brain tumour, and life changes instantly – not just for them, but for their families too.

Brainstrust is there for people from the moment they hear the words “you have a brain tumour,” providing support, information, and care to help them feel less alone, less afraid and more in control.

By getting involved, we're helping to raise awareness and funds to make sure nobody faces a brain tumour diagnosis alone.
