Sand Dams Worldwide supports people living in drylands to build sand dams, and grow enough food to feed and support their families. Sand dams empower communities, putting the future firmly in their own hands. They provide a lifelong supply of clean water, transforming thousands of lives.

Story

My daughter and I are heading off to Kenya to do something practical to help address water poverty - we’re going to help construct a sand dam!
