A brave (and slightly blister-prone) team from the MONYGroup Ewloe office — Dave, Tim, Mark, Marc, Ella and I — are taking on 310,000 steps. Yes, that’s a lot. Yes, our calves are already drafting resignation letters. And yes, we’re aiming to smash both the step target and the fundraising record.

But here’s the serious bit.

Financial pressure is one of the biggest drivers of suicide. We see it through our Money Talks work. Shame thrives in silence. Conversation kills it.
