Hello All,

Mum: This is an extremely personal challenge for me and truly hope to be able to raise, much needed funds for this important charity.

My story - Our family had just moved house in June 2015, when sadly, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. For me, it was personal challenge, but to me it was more about my sons Cameron & Morgan, because, I didn't want to lose that battle as they are my world.

Thanks to a tremendous medical team, I was extremely lucky and came through this. I did the race for life, back in 2018 (Ilkley 10k), which I felt, enormously grateful, to be able to do, as especially as this alongside my son, Morgan.

I'm now, really stretching myself, to do this event and again, I am so fortunate that, Morgan will be running along with me.

I have, however, faced cancer, since the original, breast cancer diagnosis, but, again, so fortunate to have had a great consultant and team, to allow me to pursue this dream.

I hope I can do justice to fulfill this challenge, to enable the very neccessary research that still needs to be done.
