On October 6th 2024 we will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for the MND Association. We are fundraising along with other members of #teamshirl all supporting this worthy cause.

All funds will be donated to The Cardiff and Vale Branch of the Association and will be used to help local people living with MND and help fund research into finding a cure.
