I'll be running the London Marathon this October for The Firefighters Charity and Alzheimers Research UK.

The Firefighters Charity helped me get back to work after a serious knee injury, and help firefighters and their families who are suffering from injury, illness or in need of psychological support. They run three centres around the country and unfortunately have a financial crisis due to the pandemic, at at a time when their services have never been more in demand.

Alzheimers Research are the country's leading dementia research charity, and are working towards a life changing treatment by 2025. Dementia is a horrible condition that we unfortunately lost my Nan to in 2010, and Kelly's Grandad to in 2013. It is a cause close to my heart.
