During the month of Ramadan, colleagues from Morrisons Gyle are taking part in The Big Fast- they will fast exactly as Muslims do which means no eating or drinking (#notevenwater) between sunrise and sunset!

We will be fasting on Wed 5th May between 3.55am - 9.05pm .

We would be extremely grateful if all our friends and family can sponser us and help raise money for World Care Foundation who do an amazing job supporting vulnerable people locally and in other countries. This also sadly includes victims of war.

All money raised will be fund matched by Morrisons Foundation.
