Story
We are running 10k at the Southampton ABP Event on the 5th of September in aid of Mountbatten Hampshire. This team is of collegues part of the Community hub (formally known as the Care Co-ordonation Centre). We support families within the community for end of life care. Our team is made up of members from both the nursing and administritive side within the community.
Any donation, big or small is greatly appreciated and will enable us to continue to provide the support to all of our patients and their families.
