Story

This February, my mum and I are taking part in the Move 28 Minutes a Day in February challenge in aid of the National Autistic Society.

This challenge is especially meaningful to us as I am autistic, my brother is autistic, and we also have other autistic family members. Autism is something that touches our lives every day, so supporting a charity that works tirelessly for autistic people and their families is incredibly important to us.

The National Autistic Society supports over 700,000 autistic people in the UK and their families. They do this by running specialist schools, campaigning for improved rights, and training organisations to be more autism-friendly. Their work is dedicated to transforming lives and changing attitudes towards autism.

Any donations towards our efforts would be hugely appreciated. Not only will you be supporting us through this challenge, but you’ll also be helping to create a society that truly works for all autistic people and their families.

Thank you so much for your support 💜
