Every working day, two construction workers take their own life. ​We have to educate everyone in our industry to recognise the signs and symptoms of our colleagues that are suffering from stress, anxiety or depression and start the conversation to assist in their recovery.

Multiplex Construction is hosting a walk of our London projects on Friday 20th May to help raise awareness and funds for mental health in the construction industry and raise funds to support the Lighthouse Club - a vital charity for our industry who have been delivering support to the Construction community since 1956.

The Lighthouse Club are the only charity that provides mental, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families. The organization provides a 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline which offers free and confidential support services, as well as a free Construction Industry Helpline App which offers expert guidance on a huge variety of wellbeing issues.

They also offer free mental health and wellbeing training for the construction community.
