Story
✈️ Morgan Sindall Construction Yorkshire — We’re Jumping Out of a Plane for the NSPCC (On Purpose!)
On 1st May, a group of colleagues from our Yorkshire team will be swapping hard hats for parachutes and taking part in a charity skydive for the NSPCC.
Yes, you read that right. A group of people who spend their days building things on solid ground have decided the best way to raise money is to leap out of a perfectly functioning aircraft. Genius.
💚 Why We’re Doing This (Besides Questionable Decision-Making)
The NSPCC does incredible work protecting children and supporting families across the UK. They run Childline, campaign for safer laws, and help young people who need someone in their corner.
We figured the least we could do is fling ourselves out of the sky to help them out.
🪂 1st May: The Day Gravity Wins
We’ll be heading up to around 10,000–15,000 feet, admiring the view, and then immediately regretting our life choices as we drop at 120mph.
Expect screaming and questionable language.
A team bonding experience none of us asked for, but hey — it’s all for an amazing cause!
🌟 How You Can Help (Without Leaving the Ground)
Donate whatever you can — every pound helps the NSPCC protect more children.
Share this page so more people can laugh at our fear.
Send us encouragement, or just send memes — we’ll take anything at this point!
Your support genuinely means the world. Thank you for helping us make this jump count… and for giving us one more reason not to back out.
Let’s raise money, raise awareness, and hopefully not raise any emergency services 🙏🏼🤞🏼
