Hi everybody, I am running the London Marathon for the first time and thought this is perfect excuse to raise money for two causes that are very close to my heart.

Dementia UK supported my Dad and myself, when my Mum passed away in 2024.

Mary Stevens Hospice looked after my best friend Jim, when he was terminally ill in 2020.

Please do not feel you have to donate to both and I have set no target.
