Story

Lauren, Elaine, Cathy, Debbie and Lucy are walking the walk for Mount Vernon Cancer Centre. We're all walking 10k in our lunch break to help raise money for our wonderful cancer centre.

This event is part of the Moor Park 10k & Virtual Fun Runs and 100% of our entry fee and and sponsorship money we make through this page will go towards supporting the amazing work undertaken by Mount Vernon Cancer Centre; helping to fund extra medical equipment, support services, NHS staff training patient refurbishments and cutting-edge research projects.

About the charity

MVCC Charitable Fund is part of East and North Hertfordshire Hospitals' Charity and funds projects that complement NHS services. Projects include providing state-of-the-art equipment, green spaces for patients to relax in and support services such as counselling for patients and their families.
