On the 18th - 19th June, a team of 6 of us from Next Phase are climbing Snowdon at night to raise money for Action Medical Research.

Action Medical are a supporting children's charity Action Medical Research.

Action is the leading UK-wide charity saving and changing children's lives through medical research. For 70 years they have helped pioneer ways to prevent disease and develop treatments benefiting millions of people.

Their research has helped to beat polio in the UK, develop ultrasound, fight meningitis and prevent stillbirths. But they urgently need to develop more new treatments and cures for sick babies and children and we can't do it without you.
