St Barnabas House is a hospice based in Worthing which provides palliative care to adults with life-limiting illnesses and their families, both at the hospice and in the comfort of their own home.

Story

The team is walking to raise money for all our loved ones lost and being cared for by the amazing staff at St Barnabas. What would we have done without you all? Forever grateful to you all 💕
