Raising money for Batten Disease Family Association

Batten disease is a group of rare, progressive neurodegenerative, genetic metabolic diseases that occur in children & adults worldwide. The BDFA's Vision is to be the central point of excellence in the UK for supporting affected families funding research into a potential cure.

Story

This year I am once again taking on a series of challenges to raise funds for charity, however this time it is more important to me as it is MUCH more personal.

Throughout 2022 I will be taking on multiple endurance events along with friends to help me along.

I have created this team page as this year I will splitting my fundraising between 2 charities, The BDFA and GOSH the two charities that will be providing Caitlin with the most support and care this year, and the years to come.

The events I have signed up to this year (so far) are:

- Cambridge Half Marathon (March)

- Brighton Marathon (April)

- Ride LondonEssex 100 mile Cycle Ride (May)

- OSFC Kershaw Premier Cycle Challenge (June/July)

- London Triathlon (August)

- London Marathon (October)

All donations will be greatly appreciated.

Much love.
