A friend suggested that I don' run to just lose tread off my running shoes but to help a couple of Charities. I have chosen:

Child Dynamix - Hull, Child Dynamix supports the young people of Hull and their families (target £200).

Birmingham St Mary's Hospice, who supports the dying and their families. (target £201).

Both of these charities do amazing work. Please donate to help two deserving causes who are struggling during the pandemic.
