Welcome to Nigel’s fundraising page for Martin House Hospice and York Hospital Heamatology Unit.

We sadly lost Nigel this May after a long fought battle with cancer. Part of Nigel’s last wishes regarding the celebration of his life were to raise money for two charities which were very special to him.

Firstly Martin House Hospice- who continue to provide excellent care and respite for Nigel’s granddaughters Emily and Sophie who have a Tublinopathy genetic condition.

Secondly the haematology unit at York hospital- who provided excellent care to Nigel throughout his illness. And helped to coordinate his final wish to die at home with his loving family.
