Welcome to our Growing for Gold fundraising page in support of Mental Health UK!

We will be drawing on our skills, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship to fundraise as much as we can to support the brilliant work at Mental Health UK, and in the hope of becoming the winning team!

What we've done so far:

1. Second-hand clothing and book sale at Skipton Building Society Head Office. We have been collecting donations from colleagues which will all be on sale on 21st June 12pm-2pm - please come along and give some donations a second home. If you can't come but would still like to do your bit for Mental Health UK, we would greatly appreciated a small monetary donation to this page.

2. Marathon Branch Crawl - we will be walking from Leeds to Skipton on 24th June and stopping off at different SBS branches along the way to help raise awareness for Mental Health UK. The walk is expected to take 11 hours so your sponsorship is greatly appreciated!

3. Bake Sale - we are baking a range of cakes and sweet treats (vegan and gluten free options available) that will be on sale on Tuesday 26th July. All proceeds go to Mental Health UK.

4. Carboot sale

Together, we want to support people affected by mental health problems. Our aim is to give more people access to good places to discuss mental health, including places like Clic (www.clic-uk.org) a friendly online community of like-minded people where you can speak safely and openly about how you're feeling.
