Chief Nurse Anthony Deery will be joined by Lewis Burton, Senior Leadership, Learning and Organisational Development Manager, and staff nurse Williams Babalola, to cycle 195 miles over three days.

The challenge on 18-20 September will take in all of NSFT’s main sites, starting and finishing at Hellesdon Hospital.

The plan is to boost Charitable Funds to support ward and team activities and to raise awareness of the importance of NSFT’s charity as well as spotlight how physical exercise and the great outdoors can increase mental health and wellbeing.

The trio will set off from Hellesdon Hospital on Friday 18 September, travel to Northgate Hospital in Great Yarmouth and then head to Woodlands in Ipswich, where they will stay the night. Saturday’s route will be from Woodlands to Wedgwood House in Bury St Edmunds and on to Chatterton House in King’s Lynn, with the last day from Chatterton back to Hellesdon.
