Story
Our little family miracle Olive is turning two. We have decided as a family to complete the colour run in her honour and to raise funds for the amazing team at Ipswich NICU who helped her in her earliest moments.
Olive was born at 27 weeks old weighing just 540 grams at Norwich hospital. At four weeks old once she reached 880 grams she was transferred to Ipswich NICU much closer to home. Here she received such amazing care and eventually made it home.
Olive is now a thriving little girl who is just turning two. She will no doubt be leading her cousins, grandparents, aunties, uncles and of course her parents on the colour run! If we can't see her we will certainly be able to hear her!
The Colchester and Ipswich Hospitals Charity raises money to improve facilities, fund new equipment, provide additional services, support staff development and initiate local medical research and innovative projects at The East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust.
We always ensure that your kind gifts and donations benefit the area of the hospital or community service that you choose.
