Story
Paradise is a £1.2bn mixed-use development that has seen the civic heart of Birmingham transformed, bringing new life to some of its most cherished heritage buildings and creating a vibrant new destination that is attracting new businesses, jobs and visitors to the city.
Each year, through the input and involvement of our occupiers, we select two charities to be the recipients of our fundraising activities. This initiative allows the community within the estate to collectively support a cause that resonates with them, fostering a sense of shared purpose and social responsibility.
Our chosen charities for 2026 are Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Alzheimer’s Society.
Birmingham Children’s Hospital raises the vital funds needed to make a real difference to all the children and families who use the hospital, making it feel more like home and helping to find new ways to treat and cure childhood diseases.
Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity striving for a cure by revolutionising the way dementia is treated, diagnosed and prevented.
Throughout the year, we will be organising a number of activities and events to raise awareness and funds, all of which we hope will contribute to making a positive impact on our chosen charities’ respective missions.
