Joanne, Callum & Ericka are taking on the 26 mile MacMillan Mighty Hike in September! Please could we ask you to spare a few pounds for such a great charity 💚 Our minimum target as a team is £750 - but the more the merrier!💚

When we signed up to do this hike back in October, we simply wanted to show our appreciation to the MacMillan team that were helping Ericka & her husband, Mike, through his cancer diagnosis & treatment.

Our lives were turned upside down when we lost Mike in November 2024 - the greatest father, husband, son, step-father, father-in-law, brother-in-law & Grandpa you could imagine.

So we are now also doing this walk in his memory. Instead of him cheering us along from the side, we will be carrying him through in our minds & hearts.

A member of the MacMillan care team was the first face Ericka saw when Mike passed away in hospital - they were there with water, a brew, biscuits for our toddler as he waited in a side room, as many hugs as we might’ve needed & assistance with any and all logistics. We will always be greatful for this charity & are very pleased to be challenging ourselves for them.
