Hi there, me and Paul are taking on 90 miles in October (180 together) for Mind - every step which we will take, will be for someone who feels they've run out of options.

One year ago Paul lost his beloved mam to suicide. This broke all of our hearts within the family, we still feel this loss everyday....

The last 12 months future losses of our friends- Michelle Hutchinson and Liam Pape leaving us with even more heart brake, not to leave out Paul's cousin and my friend Mikey Richardson who left us almost 3 years ago due to similar circumstances.

We just want to say to people that " IT'S OK NOT TO BE OK!"
