Ready, Set, SNOW! I'm unleashing my inner elf to support people affected by dementia.

The Peterborough Reablement Team are partaking in Elf Day, in sponsor of Alzheimer’s Society. In Reablement, we support and promote the independence and well-being of a verity of clientele, with a whole host of health conditions, many of whom have a diagnosis of dementia/ Alzheimer’s. We recognise the support Alzheimer’s Society provides to people with a diagnosis as well as their carers.

Please help us raise awareness and donations for this great cause, whilst we spread Christmas cheer and mix around in elfie business and mischief!
