Story

⭐️Being non ambulatory to walking with support⭐️

⭐️Understanding simple words to engaging in conversations ⭐️

⭐️Having no purposeful hand use to playing with toys ⭐️

💜“All of our days are better. Her improvements are much beyond anything we had expected or hoped for.” 💜

💜“She kissed me for the first time ever.” 💜

These are updates and family testimonials released from two ongoing gene therapy trials. Seeing these brings a surge of hope. Parents can now dare to imagine what life could look like with treatment for Rett Syndrome.

On 4th July 2026, Ben (Lottie’s Dad), Barnaby (Lottie’s uncle) and Finn (Lottie’s brother) will be undertaking a 50km Ultra Challenge in the Peak District for Reverse Rett. Lottie has Rett Syndrome which is why we’re doing it. Finn is 16 years old which is the minimum age to enter the 50k challenge - meaning he will be one of the youngest people in the Ultra 💪🏻

Reverse Rett need your support to accelerate life-changing treatments for Rett Syndrome. Thank you 🙏
