On the Sunday 6th March 2022  a group of us will be  claiming pen y fan to raise money  for a fantastic  chairty called Beat  they are  a chairty  that support people  who have  eating disorders  and also there  family  and friends  by  running  online  support  group  and  help lines  we typically  see an eating disorder  as a young teenage  girl but it doesn't   Discriminate it can effect  people  of all different  ages   and gender  you can be  healthy  weight  and stuff from an eating disorder  this why Charity  like this are so important  to support  people  who need them
