For 2021 we have all decided to try and raise as much money as we can for two charities that have recently come to have great significance for us.

Peter is Running the Ultra Challenge SW Coast to Coast, Tiverton to Dawlish on the 25th July which is a 49km Trail Run.

David is participating in the Bewl Water Kent Sprint Triathlon on August 8th, consisting of a 750m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run.

Bod hasn’t finalised what event he will be taking part in yet, but this will be updated once the details are finalised.

Finally on September 6th, Peter and David will both be participating in the Shrewsbury Quadrathlon consisting of 500m River Swim, 4k Kayak, 23k Cycle and finishing with a 5k run.

We have decided to undertake these challenges for a few reasons.

For those of you who aren't aware, our Mum passed away in 2020 after being diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. Shortly after this, our Dad was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer.

Up until this time we had little awareness of Pancreatic or Prostate Cancer and the devastating effects they can have. Having experienced the impact of these diseases firsthand we have jointly decided to try and raise as much money as we can for both charities to help in some small way the wonderful and dedicated people fighting these monstrous illnesses.
