Hi - on 17 June 2022 I'm riding the 100 hilly miles of the Aberdovey Bike Ride, starting in Wolverhampton and finishing at the North Wales coast. I'm the weedy one on the left above, next to DCS Andy Cox of Lincolnshire Police.

I'm raising money for two great causes, the RoadPeace Andy Cox Challenge and the Raheli Trust, an educational charity in Tanzania.
