Sophie Lecky and Georgina Hawes are taking part in, the 137 Daily Step Ups Challenge with ActionAid. Every day in November they will be completing 137 Step ups, in support of ActionAid.

Donating just £23 could pay a counsellors salary for a month meaning women and girls who have survived violence have access to crucial psychosocial support to help them recover.
