The London 10K is SpecialEffect’s longest standing fundraising event. For us at Playstack too, this event has become a tradition: we have just celebrated our fifth anniversary and this is the fourth year that our Company is taking part in the London 10K with the Special Effect t-shirt.

We are committed to raising funds for this charity, that we consider one of the main features of this exciting, young and dynamic industry.

Since 2007, SpecialEffect has enabled severely disabled people to use technology (especially Eye Control Technology) in any way possible by adapting tech to their individual needs so they can play video games with family and friends, and not be left out. This can hugely benefit mental well-being, self-esteem, quality of life... and much needed FUN!

After having experienced a limitation on our freedoms, having had to renounce to our normal routines due to the pandemic, we all now have experienced how important sociality and inclusiveness are.
