Raising money for OSCAR's Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity
In memory of Oscar Hughes

OSCAR's are walking the Ullswater Way in the Lake District to raise money for children with brain tumours and their families. Create your fundraising page here and find out how close we are to our target of £20,000 for the event on May 4th 2025

Story

Eddie, Bethany and Oliver (with parents) will be walking 24 miles around Ullswater way in the Lake District with OSCAR's Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity on the 4th of May.

Truth be known, many more miles are being covered in preparation to endure this challenge. These 6 little legs are in full swing now and are seeking fundraisers to help boost their morals objective.

They hope to raise money to support children with brain tumours and their families, raise awareness of signs and symptoms of this terrible disease, and fund research into better and kinder treatments.

It will be ten years to the weekend that Oscar Hughes died of a brain tumour aged just 9. The charity that bears his name has helped so many other children in the same situation and the team taking on the walk are doing so to help even more.
