So this year will be the 5th Primrose Plod. I set up the plod just as a one off to raise some money for the Primrose Foundation to give back after receiving treatment there. Last year we had over 100 people take part which was amazing.

Each year the plod has grown and it’s a great day to meet people, have fun and raise money for a great cause.
