This year shall mark 40 milestone anniversary for Leicestershire and Rutland MS Centre. Multiple Sclerosis (MS) has had a profound on me and family from my early diagnosis at the age of 16. I have been constantly using hyperbaric oxygen therapy as well as physiotherapy to promote sense of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. I shall be completing a 5 kilometre Parkrun in Kibworth Welland Park amongst runners and walkers by fundraising for a condition close to my heart.

Join me in raising funds to fight Multiple Sclerosis – a disease that affects 150, 000 people in United Kingdom (UK). The MS Society estimates 7, 100 people are newly diagnosed each year.
