As High Sheriff of Powys I have chosen six charities to support during my year of office.

Credu, supporting young carers in Powys.

British Heart Foundation;

Diabetes Cymru, UK;

LGBQT, Youth Group in Powys, who are supported by North and mid Powys MIND on a Local Giving site;

Dolwen: Recreation for All, Llanwrtyd Wells, Local Giving.

DJP, to support the farming community within Wales, dealing with isolation and mental health issues.
