The 40 for 40 challenge is a great way to raise money for the Hospice while boosting your wellbeing. It couldn’t be easier to take part! Simply choose your activity then challenge yourself to complete it every day, for 40 days.
The 40 for 40 challenge is very flexible, so feel free to go solo or choose an activity with friends, family and colleagues. We want our supporters to have as much fun as possible while taking part.
