On the 13th September 2025 a group of staff from the QE and Blaydon Urgent Treatment Centre, have set themselves an exciting new challenge and going to be doing a full marathon (26miles) hike along the Northumberland coast. Starting at Alnwick and finishing at Bamburgh Castle.

There are currently 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they can't do this without donations from people like you.
