We both had happy and safe childhoods, enjoying lots of sport and outdoor activity.

We learned the value of teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship….

And know how important sport and being part of a team is to our well being and sense of feeing valued.

Not everyone has such a positive start in life.

We have taken on the Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for Project Turnover who work with young people from less advantaged backgrounds to assist a return to school/ out of exclusion/ stop offending and return to society.

Through physical and cognitive training, focussed on teamwork, discipline and mutual trust Project Turnover help young people discover and develop positive life skills.

We are walking (maybe Owen will be running) Three Peaks in the Alps in three days

We will have lots of fun, raising funds to help young people get a solid foundation in life, as we had.
