Hello,

We are Olly and Joe, both 17 year old Air Cadets who aim to join the RAF when we leave school. Joe wishes to become a Weapons System Operator, and Olly a Fast Jet Pilot.

Whilst looking into our roles in the RAF, we have been inspired by the support offered to service men and women by the Royal Air Force Association (RAFA). Their aim is to provide care and support to serving and retired members of the Air Forces of the British Commonwealth, and to their dependants.

Both of us believe this charity to be an excellent organisation, which is very worthy of support. That is why we have chosen to raise money for the RAFA when we run the Cheltenham Half-Marathon on 21st September 2025 which we will be running in our full camouflage uniform.
