For a second year, the Reach Digital Team are running the Colchester Stampede in support of Mid and North East Essex Mind. Support us if you can, as we crawl, glide, slither and hop our way through the zoo and across 10k of the surrounding countryside.

Mid and North East Essex Mind's mission is to listen to local communities and offer compassionate and inclusive mental health services, resources and practical support to promote wellbeing for everyone.

They are a local mental health charity affiliated to the national charity Mind. They are financially independent and rely on donations and fundraising to continue their services. Their purpose is to offer hope and support for good mental health, so that no one feels alone.
