Running from the base at Redhill to the base at Rochester, our running team will run the 58km (ish) between the KSS Air Ambulance HQs in one day (Wednesday 8th November 2023) - with a pub lunch at The George & Dragon in Ightham. Setting off at 8am, we will look to get to Rochester by 5pm all being well. Looking to raise funds for such a great cause, KSS is a cause close to our hearts with a fellow parkrunner having had a cardiac arrest on March 4th 2023. Thankfully, due to the quick actions of some of our team and the air ambulance, Martyn lived to tell the tale!
